Lot 1: Cloud Hosting, Environment Build, Operation and Maintenance Professional Services
Professional services to design, build and maintain secure, scalable cloud environments tailored for healthcare data and systems. Includes infrastructure setup, security management, monitoring, backups and disaster recovery.
Lot 2: Design, Development and Deployment Professional Services
Specialist support in software architecture, application development, cloud deployment, DevOps, and clinical data modelling. Ideal for projects requiring bespoke system development, transformation mapping and agile delivery.
Lot 3: Implementation Professional Services
Support for the rollout and configuration of proprietary or opensource clinical systems, including change management, decommissioning legacy systems, and post-implementation assurance and benefits realisation.
Lot 4: Integration Professional Services
Expertise in connecting systems across care settings using national standards (e.g. FHIR, HL7). Supports interoperability and population health tools through data exchange and API-based service models.
Lot 5: General Clinical Digital Professional Services
Broad consultancy covering strategy, business case development, optimisation, technical architecture, governance, performance metrics, and end-user support. Designed for projects that span multiple domains.
